Your appointment is reserved for the specific time of the service you booked, I give a 10 minute grace period , after that your appointment will be canceled and a new deposit will be required. Please come with bare nails, no residue of any kind. If you have a set you want me to remove please book a soak off. If you come with a set you need me to remove but didn’t book a soak off, your appointment will be canceled since the will be no time to do both, the soak off and new set. You can reschedule your appointment once with the same deposit as long as you reschedule 48hrs before your appointment. If you want to reschedule a second time a new deposit will be required.

Cancellation Policy

I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the schedule appointment. Last minute cancellation is 100% charge !
